Guide
Entertaining toddlers at family events
Family events are built around adults talking. For toddlers, that's a long afternoon — unless there's somewhere designed for them.
Give children a place of their own
A defined play area means children aren't underfoot and adults aren't constantly getting up. It's the single biggest improvement you can make to a family gathering with under-fives.
Position it in sight
Keep the play space within the main room, or clearly visible from it, so parents can supervise while still being part of the conversation.
Match the setup to the ages
A mix of babies and pre-schoolers is best served by a package with a contained area as well as active equipment. Tell us the ages attending and we'll advise.
