Family and community events tend to bring together a wide age range. A dedicated soft-play corner gives babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers their own space — which usually keeps the adult conversations flowing more smoothly, too.
Our Deluxe and Spectacular packages include a playpen surround, which is particularly useful when you want the babies safely contained in one area of a bigger room.
Simple, transparent hire
Send us your event date, venue and postcode when you enquire. This is a booking request — we'll confirm availability before any payment is required. Once availability is confirmed, a £30 deposit secures the date. Delivery, setup and clean-away are included within our core service area.

Do you provide supervision?
No — Soft Play Spectacular is a hire service, not a childcare provider. Adult supervision is always required. Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their own children.
Can you set up in a community hall or church hall?
Yes — we regularly deliver to community and church halls. Please share the venue when you enquire so we can plan access.
Which package suits a bigger community event?
Deluxe (£125) or Spectacular (£140) give the widest mix of play options and include the playpen surround. Share your expected numbers when you enquire and we'll advise.
