What is included in the soft play hire?
That depends on your chosen package. Every package includes a step and slide, ball pit, tower and play mats. Our Classic package adds a tunnel and tent, Deluxe adds trikes and hoppers, and our full Spectacular package adds a playpen surround.
How much does soft play hire cost?
Our packages are Little £95, Classic £110, Deluxe £125 and Spectacular £140. Delivery, setup and clean-away are included within our core service area. A £30 booking deposit secures your date once we've confirmed availability.
How do I secure my date?
Send a booking request through the website with your event date and postcode. This is a booking request — we'll confirm availability before any payment is required. Once availability is confirmed, a £30 deposit secures your date. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically reserve the date.
Do you set everything up?
Yes — we set up before your event and return to pack away and collect the equipment afterwards. Normal cleaning and clean-away are included.
Which areas do you cover?
Our core service area is Walsall, Aldridge, Sutton Coldfield, Brownhills, Cannock, Great Barr and Lichfield. If your venue is just outside these areas, send us your postcode and we'll confirm availability and any applicable travel charge before your booking is confirmed.
