What happens on the day of your soft play hire
There are no surprises on the day. Here's exactly how it goes.
We arrive and set up before your event
We agree a setup time with you in advance and arrive with everything ready to go. Setup happens before your guests arrive, in the space you've cleared for us.
You enjoy the party
Once the setup is in place, the space is yours. Adult supervision is always required throughout the hire — parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their own children.
We come back and clear away
At the agreed time we return to pack away and collect everything. Normal cleaning and clean-away are included, so you're left with your room back and nothing to scrub.
