Corporate family events succeed or fail on whether the children are entertained. A neutrally-styled soft-play area gives the youngest guests somewhere padded to play, while parents mingle, network or eat.
Our four packages scale from a small, indoor corner setup to a larger installation with a playpen surround for babies and toddlers.
A grown-up aesthetic that suits workplaces
Our range is deliberately neutral — soft greys, whites and mint accents — so the soft play sits alongside branded event styling rather than fighting it. It photographs well for internal communications and social posts.
Booking and invoicing
Send us the event date, venue and expected number of children when you enquire. This is a booking request — we'll confirm availability before any payment is required. Once availability is confirmed, a £30 deposit secures the date.

Corporate Event soft play — common questions
Do you provide supervision at corporate events?
No — Soft Play Spectacular is a hire service, not a childcare provider. Adult supervision is always required. We deliver, set up and collect the equipment; parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their own children.
Can we invoice the company?
Yes — get in touch and share your invoicing details. We'll confirm availability, deposit and balance arrangements before your booking is finalised.
Can it be set up indoors and outdoors?
Indoor setups are our primary use case. Please contact us if you're considering an outdoor setup so we can confirm whether it's suitable for your booking.
