How we look after our equipment
Parents rightly want to know how hired soft play is looked after. Here's a plain-English answer.
Public Liability Insurance
We carry Public Liability Insurance covering our hire activities. If you'd like certificate details before booking, just ask.
PAT tested
Any electrical equipment we use is PAT tested to make sure it's safe to plug in at your venue.
Normal cleaning, included
We set up before your event and return to pack away and collect the equipment afterwards. Normal cleaning and clean-away are included.
We wipe down the equipment between bookings and check it visually for any wear. We don't make sterilisation or medical-grade cleaning claims — but we do give our equipment the careful, respectful cleaning any parent would want.
Supervision
Adult supervision is always required. We deliver, set up and collect the equipment; parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their own children.
