How to prepare for your soft play hire
Preparation takes about twenty minutes and makes setup quick and easy on the day.
Clear the space
Move furniture out of the play area, vacuum or mop the floor, and make sure nothing fragile is within reach. Soft play needs a clean, flat, dry surface.
Make access easy
Let us know in advance about steps, narrow doorways, lifts, gates or parking restrictions. If someone can hold a door open on arrival, even better.
Agree the timings
We'll confirm a setup time before your event and a collection time afterwards. Delivery, setup and clean-away are included within our core service area.
