Questions to ask before booking soft play hire
Soft play hire is a small industry with a lot of variation. These questions will tell you quickly whether a company is a good fit.
What exactly is included?
Ask whether delivery, setup and collection are part of the price or charged separately, and whether there are travel charges for your postcode. With us, delivery, setup and clean-away are included within our core service area.
Are you insured, and how do you clean?
Ask about public liability insurance and PAT testing, and how equipment is cleaned between hires. We hold public liability insurance, our electrical items are PAT tested, and normal cleaning and clean-away are included.
How does booking and payment work?
Find out when a date is actually secured. With us, sending the form is a booking request — we confirm availability first, and once confirmed a £30 deposit secures your date.
