Toddler birthday party planning checklist
Toddler parties are small events with a lot of moving parts. Working through them in order takes most of the stress out of it.
Six to eight weeks before
Pick your date and rough guest list. If you need a venue, book it now — weekend slots at local halls go early. Check soft play availability at the same time so the two line up.
Three to four weeks before
Send invitations with a clear start and finish time. Confirm your soft play package and let us know your room size and the ages attending. Order the cake.
The week of the party
Confirm final numbers, buy food and drinks, and clear the room you're giving over to play — furniture moved, floor clean, sockets and fireplaces out of reach.
On the day, all you need to do is let us in. We set up before your event and return afterwards to pack away and collect.
